All the royalties were contributed to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, which was founded by Marlo Thomas's father Danny Thomas in 1962. The back cover has all the names of actors, actresses and famous people who contributed the writings in this book. On the Read Me First page is the introduction written and signed by Marlo Thomas herself. The star lead in the tv show series "That Girl!" One of my favorite tv show series, which I personally watched over and over again many times. A wonderful book with colorful stories and a CD ROM to listen to songs with the words in this book that will surely lift any child's spirit. Filled with colorful graphics. This book previously belonged to a church library. There are flaws where the library information pockets were removed in the back of the book and black marker line on the top edge of the book as shown in the pictures. Get this copy!
