Original French 7 1/8 inch x 5 inch Still of MARGUERITE DURAS directing her 1971 film JAUNE LE SOLEIL, adapted from her 1970 novel 'Abahn Sabana David’.

Marguerite Duras was one of the leading intellectuals of post-war France as a novelist, playwright, screenwriter, essayist, and experimental filmmaker. Her script for the film Hiroshima mon amour (1959) earned her a nomination for Best Original Screenplay at the Academy Awards.
The still is in very good condition with a fine crease in the upper right corner.
