These connector caps are “New Old Stock” and have never been used.

This particular connector is a type 3102-6 connector cap made by Maojwei in China. It seems to be the same as a 10-422905-143 by Amphenol (I think). It comes with a 6 inch chain on it so that it does not get lost when removed from the connector. The cap is a female and screws on to the male box connectors that I have also listed.

I was talking to a friend of mine, who is a communications technician with the government, and he says that they use this type of connectors on Pelican boxes (moisture resistant suitcase style box) for portable electronics like two way radios and computers.

The cap comes in a small poly bag.

The cap is in “New Unused” condition with no wear.

There are no manufacture markings on the cap.

The cap measures approximately 1-5/16 inches (3.3 cm) diameter X 3/4 inches (1.8 cm) deep including the rivit. Without the rivet, the cap measures ½ inch (1.3 cm) deep.
The cap has a rubber gasket inside of it to make a seal when it is screwed onto the connector.
There is a 6 inch (15 cm) long sash chain attaced to the cap.

The package weighs approximately 1 Oz. (25 grams).
The cap is made out of a cast metal possibly aluminium.

The connector is stored in a poly bag. It will be shipped in a padded envelope.

I found the connectors in a box I had bought from an estate sale.
