Original British 17 inch x 22 inch Trade Advertisement for the 1934 J. Walter Ruben Drama MAN OF TWO WORLDS, based on the novel by Ainsworth Morgan and starring Francis Lederer, Elissa Landi, Henry Stephenson, J. Farrell MacDonald and Walter Byron.
A Nanook-style Eskimo (Lederer) tries the ‘civilised’ world but is like a fish out of water. Stephenson introduces him to society, but Lederer mistakes Landi’s intentions - they’re entirely honourable when he was hoping they weren’t.
The Advertisement was originally on two separate pages but has now been professionally joined and backed onto conservation paper. The overall size is now 18 1/2 inches x 23 3/4 inches.
