Seller's Description
Majestic Records was a mid-20th century New York City based company. which enjoyed its greatest commercial success in the 1940's, until over-ambitious expansion and an inability to keep distributors supplied with pressings of discs resulted in financial problems, and the label folded in 1948.
In 1946 Eddy Howard signed with this independent Chicago label. He enjoyed mixed popularity until the rise of rock in the early 1950's.
Here's a fine pair of fox trots with his voice and orchestra sound on a well preserved pressing. Good gloss still shows with light playwear. A few scuffs and scratches, but a mostly clear sound. No cracks, skips, or chips.
Side 1083-A presents Irving Berlin's "The Girl That I Marry", from the show "Annie Get Your Gun", and side 1083-B lists, "You Are Everything To Me".
