Seller's Description
Majestic Records was a mid-20th century New York City based company. which enjoyed its greatest commercial success in the 1940's, until over-ambitious expansion and an inability to keep distributors supplied with pressings of discs resulted in financial problems, and the label folded in 1948.
In 1946 Eddy Howard signed with this independent Chicago label. He enjoyed mixed popularity until the rise of rock in the early 1950's.
Here's a pair of his easy listening vocals with orchestra sound on a well played pressing. A fair gloss still shows with moderate playwear. Numerous scuffs and light scratches, but a decent audio can still be heard. No cracks, skips, or chips.
Side 1070-A presents "Careless", and side 1070-B lists, "To Each His Own" from the 1946 Paramount picture "To Each His Own".
