Lots of 200: 250V 220pF Ceramic Caps w/Extra Insulation

They were in a factory sealed bulk packed box which we opened to divide and take pics.

These capacitors have a gloss finish on them because of extra insulation.

Now, what do those letters and numbers mean :-)
Using the Maruwa General Catalog (and MMC Part Numbering System):

" Features: * AH series are approved by UL, CSA, VDE, SEV, SEMKO, NEMKO, DEMKO, FIMKO
* AH series approved as the line-bypass capacitor for AC power supply.
Customer can easily get various agency approvals for their products with these capacitors. "

AH = Double insulation or reinforced insulation
V2 = Continuous voltage rating of each agency approval for AH series
84 = Diameter is expressed in 2 letters
AS = Lead style
YB = Capacitance change vs temperature: JIS (EIA) (Y5P) +10% (+10%)
221 = Capacitance in a 3 digit system in pF whereby the first 2 numbers are the first 2 digits and the 3rd digit is the number of zeroes following those 2 digits so = 220pF
K = Tolerance = +- 10 % (YB)
B = Packing form = Bulk
