SHIPPING AND HANDLING:

Every item has calculated shipping. Please choose your preferred method.

Shipping includes USPS tracking where available.

All shipments are subject to US Postal Service regulations.

PAYMENT:

Payment must be made in US funds and by PayPal. We are not able to accept checks.

Payment is expected within two (2) days of the end of the auction. Immediate payment is expected with a Buy It Now purchase.  If payment is not made an unpaid item case is automatically opened; failure to make payment and complete the transaction means will take action against you.

GIFTS:

Please let us know if you’re sending a gift, because we will be including a receipt with the price of the item.  You may not want us to include the receipt.  We’re happy to include our gift card (at no cost) or your note or message (also at no cost.)  We will not send anonymous gifts. 

COMMUNICATION AFTER YOUR PURCHASE:

If you’re the winning bidder of an auction, will send you an email confirmation when the auction ends.  If you make a Buy It Now purchase, will prompt you for immediate payment.  All of our auctions and Buy It Now listings already have shipping prices available; we only send invoices for multiple purchases.

When you make payment, you’ll receive an email confirmation.

When we ship the item, you will receive an email with shipping information and USPS Tracking Number (where applicable.)

This information is also available to you in “My ” where the tracking information on your package is updated while on its journey to you.

Occasionally, we have questions after your purchase.  If so, we will contact you through Messages. Please check your Messages and your email or shipment of your item may be delayed.  It is possible that your purchase may be cancelled if we can’t reach you and we have questions.

NO RETURN, NO CANCELLATION POLICY:

Due to fraudulent claims, we no longer accept returns or cancellations.

We certainly hope you are happy with your purchase.  However, if you claim an item you received from us is significantly not as described, defective, damaged, or you cause damage to the item in order to return it, we will not issue a refund and we will contest your claim.  We will report anyone violating policies and we may also pursue legal action.

If you request cancellation of an item after you have made a payment, we consider that a return and our No Return No Cancellation Policy applies.  We won’t cancel the sale.

We’ve had multiple buyers claim that their children were able access their account and make and pay for unauthorized purchases.  We hope that you have taken steps so that this doesn’t happen to you.  A security Best Practice is not to remain signed into your account all of the time, but to log in as needed.  It may also be prudent to “unlink” your account with your payment source, if you allow anyone else to use your account.  If a child can get access to your account and make a purchase without your knowledge, your child may need supervision while online so he or she doesn’t fall victim to a cyber-predator.  Keeping your children safe online is more important than keeping your cyber-wallet safe, but please pay attention to both.

Our No Return No Cancellation Policy is in writing.  If you’ve read this far, you’ve read the policy.  Sometimes generates text for our listings where the information provided about our Return and Cancellation Policy is different.  The official policy is the one you’ve just read.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS - PLEASE NOTE:

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.

Customs fees are normally charged by the shipping company or collected when you pick the item up. These fees are not additional shipping charges.

We won't under-value merchandise or mark the item as a gift on customs forms. Doing that is against U.S. and international laws.

During peak shipping times, it may take weeks to have your item clear customs.  We’ve had some items arrive in Europe in a week, but a package to South America once took six weeks to arrive!

Restrictions in your country may not allow us to ship certain items. 

Many countries do not allow shipments of coins or precious metals, for example.  Some media, including computer software, music CDs or DVDs may be restricted for sale outside the United States.

VHS and DVDs are formatted differently for different countries.

If you are purchasing a VHS videotape, please note the format your machine requires before you make your purchase.  Most of our tapes are NTSC format (it is specified in the listing what the format is) which will not work in most video players in Europe and Australia.  We routinely contact anyone overseas who purchases a VHS video to ask them to check if their machine can play an NTSC tape before we ship. 

Many DVDs also have a specific format by country.  If you are purchasing a DVD, please make sure the DVD is a format that will play in your machine.

Our photographs and text, including titles and subtitles, are copyrighted and may not be used, copied or redistributed. Quotes are for illustrative purposes only and remain the property of their respective copyright holders.

Civil and criminal penalties apply to the theft of copyrighted material.

If you see our photographs or text elsewhere on or online, please let us know. 

We’ve found our “stolen” photographs and text on many times and our stolen photographs on other websites.  In order to help reduce fraud and image theft, you’ll notice that our photographs have our logo appearing on each image which obscures a small part of the item. 

It is possible that anyone who uses stolen images or text may not even have the item they are trying to sell and that their intention is to defraud you.  We don’t want anyone to use our images or text to try and sell you something they don’t have. 

Please be savvy and safe while shopping online.  Your local public library should be able to help you find great resources to protect yourself and your family while shopping online.
