Detailed Condtion : Book very fine- 5.5 or better condition. Book is complete. No pen or pencil marks. On 2 pages at the bottom of the pages there is a 1/2" small tears.

Up for sale is a old vintage original little golden book Tawny Scrawny Lion a (A) first edition in 4.5 very good+ or better condition store by Kathryn Jackson and illustrated by Gustaf Tenggren and published by Simon & Schuster in New York in 1952. On the front cover along the top and down the edge of the cover there is light wear, scuff marks, nicks, and the corners are rounding from age, and on the cover there is light wear, scuff marks, some light scratches,1 light crease and along the spine there is red tape but I do not see any damage. On the back cover along the top and down the edge of the cover there is light wear, scuff marks, and the corners are rounding from age and along rge spine there is red tape but I do not see any damage, and on the cover there is light wear, scuff marks. On the inside of the front cover in the box there is a persons name. Besides this the pages has no pen or pencil marks, crayon, creases, stains, or fading. But the pages dose show light yellowing, rounding, and light blunting at the corners of the pages from age, and at the bottom of some pages there is a small tear from 1/8" to 1/4" tear. Besides this the book is in great condition for being 72 years old.
