Up for sale is a old vintage original little golden book Bil Baird's Whistling Wizard in fine/very fine 7.0 condition (A) first edition story by Alan Stern & Rupert Pray and illustrated by Mel Crawford and published by Simon & Schuster in New York in 1952. On the front cover along the top and down the edge of the cover there is light wear, scuff marks, and the corners are lightly rounding from age, and on the cover there is light wear, scuff marks, and light scratches. On the back cover along the top and down the edges of the cover there is light wear scuff marks,, and a couple nicks along the bottom of the cover, and the corners are rounding from age. On the inside of the front cover in the box there is a persons name and date. Besides this the pages has no pen or pencil marks, crayon, tears, creases, stains, or fading. But the pages dose show light yellowing, rounding, and light blunting at the corners of the pages from age. Besides this the book is in great condition for being 72 years old.
