6 Original French 9 3/8 inch x 7 inch Stills of PIERRE BRASSEUR, LOUIS SALOU, MARTINE CAROL, CHARLES DECHAMPS, SERGE REGGIANI, ANOUK AINEE & SOLANGE SICARD in the 1949 André Cayatte Drama LES AMANTS DE VERONE (THE LOVES OF VERONA), based on the play by William Shakespeare.
Angelo and Georgia are thrown together when they become stand-ins for the stars of a film version of Romeo and Juliet being shot on location in Venice. Inevitably they fall in love and their affair parallels the Shakespeare tragedy.
The stills are in very good condition.
