Seller's Description
Janine Linda (Linda Felder on the cover), Andrè Dran, Roger Giraud and others with the Paris Philharmonic Orchestra and Chorus conducted by René Leibowitz - RENAISSANCE SX 206 - “Offenbach: La Belle Hélène”. The records are in excellent condition except for a couple of lightly audible scratches at the start of one side. The book-style album with attached page-type record sleeves and booklet pocket is in very good condition with some edge wear. Comes with the booklet. A scarce early 50s 2-LP album. I believe this is the premiere recording of this opera.
