PAISLEY FANTASIA – sugar & creamer -- LEFTON
This is a gorgeous PAISLEY FANTASIA SUGAR AND CREAMER SET made by LEFTON. Both the sugar and creamer has a multicolored paisley swirl design accented with gold trim around the scalloped top, finial and handles. The sugar bowl is approximately 3 ¾” tall (top of finial). The creamer is approximately 3 ¾” tall at spout.
Each one has a blue L under a crossed Sword and Arrow used 1965 – 1971 and the number 6796 on the bottom. The sugar bowl has a red with gold Lefton label used 1967 - 1992 and the creamer has a red with gold Lefton label used 1963 - 1985.
This set appears to be in great condition as I can find no chips, cracks or crazing. There is a spot on the finial where it looks like the gold didn't get painted good but it could be a touch of gold loss (can be seen in picture 4 on the lower side of the finial.
