Overall condition is rated as POOR (PSA 1/SGC 10). The card was literally picked up from a parking lot after a rain. It has creases, wrinkling, very heavy wear, soiling, and numerous chipping (spots without any ink). The only saving grace it is a NFL Pro Set card and may complete a collection for a collector until a better condition card can be had.
