This pattern looks to be part of a sewing class book, it contains 10 complete patterns:
Pattern A = Shirt With Convertible Collar
Pattern B = Collarless Tunic
Pattern C = T-Shirt
Pattern D = Straight Skirt
Pattern E = Full Skirt
Pattern F = Pants With Elasticized Waist
Pattern G = Tailored Trousers
Pattern H = The Essential Jacket
Pattern I = Fitted Vest
Pattern J = Big Vest and Jacket

There are no instructions included with the pattern pieces, that's why I'm thinking that there must have been a book that these patterns were used with. This package would be great if you have the book but are missing some of the patterns or your pieces were cut to a smaller size and you now need the larger sizes (to make an item for your larger friends).

There is no date, pattern number, measurements, or other information on the envelope.

The envelope is in poor shape, with large rips front and back.

Most of the pattern pieces are in good condition, except as listed in the notes below.

Add seam and hem allowances to all pieces before cutting.

Pieces marked * are cut using other pattern pieces.
Pieces marked ** are cut from measurements rather than pattern pieces. Measurements given are finished dimensions; add seam/hem allowances before cutting. For multiple sizes, the first measurement is for the smallest size, followed by measurements for subsequently larger sizes.

Pattern A: Shirt with Convertible Collar
Sizes XXS/XS, S/MS, M/ML, L/XL

**5. Cuff. Cut two: 3" (8 cm) wide and 8-3/4", 9-1/8", 9-1/2", 9-7/8" (22, 23, 24, 25 cm) long.
**6. Sleeve placket binding. Cut two: 7" (17.5 cm) long and 1" (2.5 cm) wide.
*7. Back neck facing: Cut one from piece 2.

Pattern B: Collarless Tunic
Sizes XXS/XS, S/MS, M/ML; L/XL
1. Front ----------------- Uncut

*4. Front facing. Cut two from piece 1
*5. Back neck facing. Cut one from piece 2
**6. Sleeve placket binding. Cut 2: 8" (20 cm) long and 1-3/4" (4 cm) wide.
**7. Button loop strip. Cut two: Measure the circumference of the button and add seam allowance at each end. Multiply by the number of buttons for total length needed, and add a little extra. Cut 1" (2 cm) wide on fabric bias.

Pattern C: T-Shirt
Sizes XXS/XS, S/MS, M/ML, L/XL
1. Front ----------------- Cut to size L/XL

3. Sleeve --------------- Cut to size L/XL
*4. Front Neck facing. Cut one from piece 1.
*5. Back Neck Facing. Cut one from piece 2.

Pattern D: Straight Skirt

**3. Waistband. For length, add to waist measurement 1" to 1-1/2" (2 cm to 4 cm) ease, plus underlay and overlap. Allow twice desired finished width.

**3. Waistband. Plan finished length of 28", 29", 30" 31-3/4" (71, 73.5, 76.5, 80.5 cm) or as needed, and width of 2-1/2" (6.5 cm).

Piece D2, Straight Skirt Back, Has several large rips in it, some which have been taped.
Piece H1, Essential Jacket Front, has a 4 inch rip in it and has been written on.
Piece H5, Essential Jacket Under Sleeve, Has had a piece rippid off and taped back on and has been written on.
There are 2 unmarked pieces. They are both cut off from other pieces, but I could not figure out which pieces they were cut from.

My Patterns are stored in a plastic storage bags and they are shipped in the same bag placed inside of a standard envelope. If you require the pattern shipped in a padded envelope or a box, please ask before paying.

My Patterns are stored in a plastic storage bags and they are shipped in the same bag placed inside of a standard envelope.
