Published by Industries Photo-Mécaniques (F. Baroud), Paris, not numbered.
Postally used in 1914 with Fontainebleau cancellation on red 10c stamp, partially removed, and sent to Monsieur & Madame Barras, 63 Quai de la Tournelle, Paris.
Good condition, with very slight corner bumps, but small crease to bottom left corner.
