L9110S 2.5V-12V 0.8A Stepper Motor Driver Controller IC Interface Board for Arduino, PIC etc.

A compact dual H bridge interface module allowing the control of one 4 wire stepper motor or two DC motors with logic level control signals from an Arduino microprocessor module or similar.

The module operates from and powers motors in the range of 2.5V to 12V at up to 800mA.

When used to drive a stepper motor, one motor winding connects to the "Motor A" terminals and the second winding connects to the "Motor B" terminals.

The logic level inputs, "A-IA" and "A-IB" simply select the voltage level, on or off, at the "Motor A" terminals
The logic level inputs, "B-IA" and "B-IB" select the voltage level, on or off, at the "Motor B" terminals.

For example, if "A-IA" and "A-IB" are both logic 1, or both logic 0, then both sides of motor winding A will be at the same potential and no current will flow.

Stepper motors require their windings to be pulsed alternately - they will not run if a steady state voltage is applied.
