Kim Rogers Fuchsia Cotton Blend Cap Sleeve Eiffel Tower Sparkle Womens Top Size Large. 60% cotton and 40% polyester. Front has Eiffel Tower with flowers in back that look a little like fireworks, the city around and tower are sort of sketched, with silver colored sparkle stones accenting. each side is gathered up with elastic about 5 inches. Measures laying flat, 17 inches across at shoulders, 42 inches around chest and 27 inches in length.
