Seller's Description
Jubilee Records was a record label specializing in rhythm and blues along with novelty records. It was founded in New York City in 1946 by Herb Abramson and Jerry Blaine. This early 1950's double-sided pressing still plays GREAT, showing only light playwear on a high gloss. Scratches and scuffs are minimal, and background noise is faint. No chips, skips, or cracks.
Side JB-308 presents the doo wop sound of "The Greatest Feeling In The World". Side JB-309 offers "Lonesome". Both are great early harmony and rhythm from The Four Tunes, with the Sid Bass Orchestra.
