CONDITION: Both book and dust jacket are in like new condition. I am the original owner of this book.
AUTOGRAPH: I saw Miss Fontaine perform in a play at the Windmill Dinner Theatre in 1979 in Scottsdale, Arizona. In the past many of the celebrities exited the theatre before the audience had a chance to leave their seats, which means no opportunity to get an autograph. I gave my book to my waiter before the show, and he identified my book with a seating card, which is enclosed. It states “Russo C-10,” which was my table designation. When she signed the book during intermission, she also personally inscribed to me: “To Kathy Russo, Roses to You, Joan Fontaine.” “Russo” was my married name at the time of signing. Unfortunately, I don’t remember the name of the play.
