Max 21 was meant to be my swan song as a system writer because I considered it the closest I would ever come to developing a purely mechanical formula deserving of “holy grail” status. While I did move forward on that front a couple years later, Max 21 remained my private gem until finally deciding to make it public.

Like all horse players starting out, I suffered through losses at the track. I had an occasional good day but overall I lacked consistency. The need to sustain a bankroll through bad luck periods that plague every gambler is supplied with this method as it will give you what is needed to survive, prosper and eventually come out a winner.

The bottom line is that Max-21 finds live horses that hit all the money spots...from favorites to four digits. And, be you a conservative player or one who likes to spread out, Max-21 fits the bill. Want to cash a lot of tickets and earn a +30% ROI? Then just play the Best Bets to show. Rather play across the board or just the Exactas and Trifectas? That works too.

One last important point: run outs are almost non-existent and, since only about half the horses will qualify on the initial rule, it’s going to take just two to three minutes to figure out a race. Become a believer.
