Great antique LARGE HEAVY fine binding hardback book from 1900 containing bound issues of The Strand Magazine from January to June 1900. Volume 19. 

Includes the first ever published 1st edition Arthur Conan Doyle story "Playing With Fire". Also includes the Arthur Conan Doyle story "The Crime Of The Brigadier". 

Contains photos and illustrations throughout. Photos 20 to 24 show the index pages. Binding and pages inside are in great condition especially as the book is 124 years old. 

Measures 23.5cm tall x 17cm wide x 4.25cm thick. Weighs 1.6kg.
