Indentified YMCA at Cliffs Snooker Old Billiards Table 1918 WW1 Old Postcard

zx854  Antique 1918 postcard of this large YMCA snooker table during the war with the location of the YMCA identified on reverse but a little more research needed - The owner has written a message sent from the YMCA in 1918 how she wanted to show the recipient the YMCA where she was at and it is near cliffs and by a Port - the name of the area of the cliffs is written but I cant read the writing but it seems to end "--ithmoe?" (please see image 2) - A local historian will surely be able to identify - There is a postal frank on front of the card with the impressions that may be harder to see on the scans but it is War Bonds and 1918 - corner impressions from former album storage heavier to upper corners - some ageing - graded vg/vg+.

This has come from a giant antique postcard snooker and pool collection sold locally where the owner had amassed probably one of the greatest snooker collections of its kind - Please see all my other antique snooker and pool postcards from this same collection.
