The listing price is for 1 set. 1 set is 1 cup, 1 saucer and 1 desert plate FYI: 2 sets are still available (This is 2 cups, 2 saucers and 2 desert plates) All the pieces of this set are stamped as Hutschenreuther Selb LHS Germany. Pieces are made by Lorenz Hutschenreuther at Selb Bavaria Germany. Initials together with the lions mark show that this is an antique, original piece from the 1920's era. Due to their age, it is quite difficult to pinpoint the exact design name or Hutschenreuther's number of the set. It can be listed as the "Hofgarten" pattern, but than without the typical printed flower designs. Or similar to the "HUT 358" pattern, but this pattern was created much later in time, in the 1960's. The pieces are embossed porcelain with vertical lines ending in a donut-like circles. Typical Jugendstill... Measurements (approx):
- Desert or Salad Plate : diameter 8.5"
- Cup Saucer : diameter 5.5"
- Cup or Demi-Tasse : diameter 3", height 3"
They are in mint condition. No cracks, no chips, no damage.
