HT12A Remote Control Encoder IC - Holtek
A remote control encoder operating from 2.4V to 5V Supply Voltage with just 0.1uA Standby Current.
3kHz System Frequency, 400uA Operating Current, 3.2mA Output Drive Current, 150K Pull High Resistance, -20°C to +75°C in an 18 pin DIP Case.
They are Capable of Encoding Information which Consists of 8-address Bits and 4-data Bits (HT12A), or 8-address Bits and either 4 Further Address/data Bits (HT12E), Each Address/data Input can be Set to One of the Two Logic States.
The Programmed Addresses/data are Transmitted Together with the Header Bits via an RF or an Infrared Transmission Medium Upon Receipt of a Trigger Signal, Designed for Remote Control System Applications
