Published by Photochrom Co Ltd, London & Tunbridge Wells, No 9069.
Postally used on 17 September 1948 with double circle Bideford cancellation on orange 2d stamp and sent to Mr & Mrs Pemberton, 87 Iffley Road, London W6.
Fairly good condition, with slight corner bumps, but stain to bottom left corner which has removed some of the emulsion.
