Interesting the first year during the Second World war (1939-1945) of zinc type (1942-1946) with hat on the shield in nice condition! The coin has a doubling of numeral 1 in date, which happens from time to time. But what makes this coin intriguing is a circle between 9 and 4 in the field. In most known cases such images are results of wrong placement of a digit or letter. What is not clear, is which letter or digit was used in this situation: numerals 9 and 2 have curve parts, and they are in the date, but they are wider, and that is why they do not suit. None of letter in HELVETIA have curves too.
