Russell W. Hall, Supt. of Construction and Maintenance, Tulsa City Water and Sewer Department. W.R. Holway and Associates, Consulting Engineers. Hammond's office was located at 744 Broad Street. This 1959 unique old one page petroleum equipment trade advertisement would display beautifully matted and framed.
