Original British 30 inch x 40 inch Quad Poster for the 1965 John Sturges Western THE HALLELUJAH TRAIL, based on the novel by William Gulick and starring Burt Lancaste, Lee Remick, Jim Hutton, Pamela Tiffin, Donald Pleasence, Brian Keith and Martin Landau.
Lancaster is assigned to protect a valuable shipment of whisky on route to thirsty Denver miners. Indians and Remick’s temperance ladies are among those who try to stop it.
Poster art by Frank McCarthy (1924 - 2002). McCarthy was an American artist and realist painter known for advertisements, magazine artwork, paperback covers, film posters, and paintings of the American West.
The poster is in fine folded condition.
