Postally used on 25 February 1900 with Arbon cancellations on green 5r stamp and sent to Herrn E Hengärtner of Weinfelden and with receipt postmark for Weinfelden on the following day.
Good condition, with very slight corner bumps and light album marks, but some discolouration to the back.
