B?c Hà is a district (huy?n) of Lao Cai Province in the Northeastern region of Vietnam.

B?c Hà is the location holding the famous contest on adventure sport "Raid Gauloises" in 2002.

B?c Hà is famous for its Tam Hoa plum which must bloom three times before they are ripe.

As of 2003 the district had a population of 48,988 .[1] The district covers an area of 680 km². The district capital lies at Bac Ha.[1]
