There are some scuff marks on the covers (See Pictures). There is no writing in the booklet.
The 10 page booklet of Crochet instructions will let you make 3 styles of adorable baby girl shoes to fit babies from New Born to 12 months. Also included are instructions to size the shoes down to fit a doll.

Sizing
Instructions are written for size 0 (1, 2, 3) to fit newborn (3 months, 6 months, 9-12 months) using worsted-weight cotton yarn.
To make shoes for preemie or doll size, make smallest size using baby-weight or sport-weight yam and smaller hook.
To make shoes using baby-weight or sport-weight yarn, use smaller hooks and make size needed to achieve sole size desired.
Gauge and measurements
Choose yarn and hook size needed to achieve these approximate sole lengths (baby’s foot should be about ¼” to ½” shorter than these measurements):
Newborn (size 0) 3-1/2”
3 months (size 1) 3-7/8“
6 months (size 2) 4-1/8”
9-12 months (size 3) 4-1/2”
