Detailed Condtion : Excellent pre-owned condition; no flaws that I can find. Stand is also in very good condition.
This is a Year 2000 (turn of the century) commemorative collectible egg plus brass stand. The egg is cloisonne, made from tiny twisted wires arranged in patterns, then filled in with colored enamels. "2000" is spelled in gold metallic on one side and the same gold metallic fills out a sunburst on the other side. A tree is on one side of the egg with green leaves capping the top of the egg. Shades of green grass (or water?) cover the bottom of the egg. The background is baby blue. There is a small hole in the bottom of the egg but no marks of identification. Based on the cloisonne work, I believe this egg is handmade. It stands just under 4-3/4" tall. The brass stand has three intricate dragon supports and there is a "Made in India" sticker on the bottom.

The egg is in excellent pre-owned condition with no flaws that I can find. The stand has a few very minor spots and marks, as are typical of brass, but overall, it is also in excellent condition. Both pieces are heavy for their size. The egg weighs about 6 ounces and the stand weighs 10.5 ounces.
This beautifully crafted egg plus stand would make a lovely addition to an egg collection or as an accent for any room's decor! Please message me with any questions.
