 Verified Purchase I bought this for the Updo Pin alone. I lost my last U shaped updo pin and went out to replace it only to find Goody stopped selling it!! What?? I loved that thing. So I went on a hunt to find it online and stumbled onto this multi pack. What a bargain! This pack costs less than the spin pins (I currently use these too) and updo pin would have cost separately in a store originally. I even like the two extra plastic style products. The ponytail clip works on my thin hair and makes it look thicker and poufy. The quality of the spin pins and updo pin are the same as the ones I used. I am tempted to buy another one just in case I lose it again.

This set is an excellent deal, since two of the four items purchased individually cost more than this whole set, and I haven't been able to find it in stores. I bought it for the modern undo pin and to get additional spin pins. You can read others' detailed reviews by looking up the items individually. I suggest using Youtube to learn how to use the items, as the directions are minimal. I really love spin pins, which I use for a braided bun, although I have to use ponytail holders in addition to the spin pins.

The set came inside a small white cardboard box, suitable for wrapping if a gift. I thought from the photo that the pieces came in a thin plastic bag, but it actually has a clear plastic carrying case which snaps shut to fold itself in half.

What a great deal!

Found this combo pack a while back while searching for ways to hold a french twist in my hair, and could not pass up the opportunity to get 4 hair tools for the price of any one of the tools in the pack! Love the modern updo clip and spin pins - I can now finally secure my hair for an entire day without loads of product or doing fancy hairstyles with wet hair. Like other reviewers have suggested, look up tutorials on Youtube for how to use these tools as the instructions are totally pictorial and not very specific at all.

Love the horse-shoe shaped modern updo pin! It's so simple, and I always get compliments saying I look polished and classy with this style. I'd originally purchased it a few years ago, but I lost it and have been searching for it in local stores, with no luck. Thankfully, amazon always has what I need (and want)!

Love this little set! I already purchased a second. This is all I need to toss in my travel bag for various hairstyles when on vacation or even short getaways. It comes in a decent little holder so you have everything you need for casual to glamorous hair styles in one small kit. I first bought this for just the French twist pin - it is a lot less in the set.... But now I LOVE the other pieces as well. I alr day had the spiral bun holders but you can never have too many of them and I especially like the hair clip that allows you to pull up some hair after clipping for lots more volume. Perfect little set.
