Published by Hamilton-Fisher, Torquay, not numbered.

Postally used on 1 October 1964 with Peterborough cancellation, stamp removed, and sent to Clapham Common, London SW4.

Fairly good condition, with very slight corner bumps, but some creases to the top left corner due to the removal of the stamp.
