George street, St Andrew's church, and Melville's monument, Edinburgh; view of street, church at left side, with portico and spire, monument in background, consists of figures on top of column and base, figures and horse-drawn carriages in street, within border.

Drawn by Thomas Hosmer Shepherd (1793 - 1864). Topographical draughtsman and watercolourist, specialist in London topography, supplying numerous drawings for the print trade and for extra-illustrators.
