George III STERLING SILVER Handle Toddy Ladle

George III sterling silver toddy ladle with barley twist handle.

Fully Hallmarked for London leopard head, date letter l circa.1786 with King George III bust head.

Measures approximately 17 cm in length and weigh's 11.5 grams.

A great looking Hallmarked sterling silver toddy ladle that would be great for that festive seasons party or burns night celebrations. It looks as though to have been repaired though not sure as it seems too good a repair and I think it's just how it was made when adjoining handle to the bowl which can be clearly seen in photo's so please they are for your study. Barley twist handle with silver stud end. Would make for a fabulous gift or why not spoil yourself with this great antique George III Hallmarked solid silver Toddy.
