Original glass vintage ad for GEO DAVIDSON COMPANY LTD. Chippendale Glassware manufactured. Owing to continued restrictions and production difficulties, coupled with the fact that Export orders must have priority, only a very limited range of patterns can be offered to the Home Trade, and deliveries will of necessity be slow. We wish to assure our friends, both at Home and Overseas, that it will be our aim and endeavor to meet the heavy demands for both our new and old successful patterns. Located at Teams Glass Works, Gateshead-on-Tyne. London showroom located at 118 Newgate Street. Agents in Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Canada, British West Indies, Jamaica, Chile, Denmark. This old 1947 one page trade magazine advertisement would display beautifully matted and framed.
