Publisher not stated, not numbered.
Postally used on 18 September 1916 with Chesterfield cancellation on green halfpenny stamp and sent to Mrs Bromehead, 356 London Road, Sheffield.
Fair condition, with some corner wear, but large crease to top right, small creases to bottom left corner and two creases to centre and right centre of bottom edge, also scrape to bottom right corner.
