Any faults must be reported within 48 hours once you receive the item.    

Once payment has cleared, goods will be dispatched within 2 business days.

If your order does not arrive by the estimated delivery date, you must contact me via message before leaving feedback, so that I can investigate the matter. In rare cases, items can sometimes be lost through the postal system. If so, I will arrange for a refund to be issued and ensure that is claim is made against the courier for any lost items.

Both these options do not include Tracking or Signed delivery. The upgrade postage option to include tracked or signed (RM International Tracked or Signed) is available but there is an additional charge for this service.
