Overall condition is acceptable. This is a Magnum "larger type" book that has a 30% larger font size which is typically 12 points. Thus, this book has a font size of 15 points. The typical traditional large print book uses a 18 point font. The front cover has moderate to heavy edge wear, creasing in the upper right corner, three indent/bends, and average shelf wear. The back cover has moderate to heavy edge wear, a heavy indent that affected pages underneath, a tiny crease in the upper left and right corners, some discoloration, and average shelf wear. The spine has no vertical creases but has some wrinkles and moderate edge wear. The entire book was bent at some point and so it is a bit crooked but it should straighten out over time on a shelf properly stored with other books.
