Original British 17 inch x 11 inch Trade Advertisement for the 1948 Carol Reed Crime Drama FALLEN IDOL, based on a short story by Graham Greene and starring Ralph Richardson, Michèle Morgan, Sonia Dresdel, Bobby Henrey, Denis O’Dea, Jack Hawkins, Walter Fitzgerald, Dandy Nichols, Karel Stepanek, Torin Thatcher, Bernard Lee, James Hayter and Geoffrey Keen.

One of the jewels in Reed’s crown, made between Odd Man Out and The Third Man. He fashions a miniaturist masterpiece from Greene’s screenplay about an ambassador’s little boy (Henrey) who implicates his friend the butler (Richardson) in his wife’s death.

The Advertisement is in very good condition with one vertical centre fold and 4 staple holes along it.
