Round Blue Sapphire AA quality, set with 4 secure white Gold Prongs. 
The Mounting features 44) Natural small round white Diamonds, all
pong set across the top and down the sides. There are also 2 slightly 
larger Diamonds Bezel set under the sapphire platform. The Ring measures
aprox 3/8" in width & 5.358 grams of Solid (Stamped 10Kt & SJ inside shank)
