29^th January 2000 Unique Birds of Malaysia ~ RM5 Wresthed Hornbill (Sceros Subruficollis) miniature sheet [SG MS1547] *** ERROR *** missing COUNTRY name "Malaysia" in very fine mint never hinged condition.

POS Malaysia issued the Unique birds RM5 MS on 21^st January 2009. The RM5 miniature sheet [SG MS1547] had the words MALAYSIA accidentally omitted during late changes to the design. POS Malaysia was informed of the **ERROR - MALAYSIA MISSING** only about 5 or 6 days later. The RM5 MS were recalled and withdrew from sale, meaning this RM5 MS were on sales for less than a week. POS Malaysia printed 20,000 of these MS, many were used for the FDCs. 
MS1547a with 'MALAYSIA' incoporated was issued.
