- Bubbles may form during pouring and making, let them self-defoaming by letting them separately sit for few minutes, or use a resin bubble remover.
- Here are more tips for reducing bubbles：
- Put the cup of measured epoxy resin or hardener into 40-60 degrees of hot water for defoaming, can reduce the formation of bubbles.
- Place the stirring stick vertically into the cup, and stir at a constant speed in a clockwise direction, trying not to touch the wall of the cup, can reduce the formation of bubbles.
- If bubbles are formed after stirring, place the cup of the mixture in 40-60 degrees hot water to accelerate the defoaming. Please note that this will also accelerate the curing, so it’s necessary to strictly control the time.
- More epoxy resin than hardener, or not stirring until the mixture has no filaments, will result in a soft or uncurable finished product.
- More hardener than epoxy resin, the curing will be accelerated, so please pour the mixing well mixture into the mold as soon as possible.
- Fast curing in summer, please pour the mixing well mixture into the mold as soon as possible.
- Slow curing in winter, please give the epoxy resin more time to curing.
