Ephemera Lot, Reliable Life & Safeway Needle Ads, Tulsa Stamp Club & Will Rogers

• Vintage ephemera lot contains three items
• First is a folded paper containing a packet of needles; this was an advertising gimmick for The Reliable Life Insurance Co. of St. Louis, MO. The folder shows some discoloration and age spotting. The needle pack appears to be intact with 8 needles inside.
• Second is a needle ad pack from Safeway. The Safeway logo is on the front; inside are two gold metallic backing papers with a total of 19 needles of all different sizes. Needle pack is in near pristine condition; the needles have not been touched.
• Third is a large stamp (2-15/16" x 2-3/8") commemorating the 400th meeting of the Tulsa Stamp Club on April 11, 1947. The club was organized November 22, 1928. Will Rogers ("Why not a Will Rogers stamp?) plus photos of two 1847 stamps are pictured.
• These three items would make an interesting addition to an advertising or ephemera collection!
