Published by R.W.C. and Co, Newcastle, Waverley Dene Series, not numbered.
Postally used on 23 July 1917 with Newcastle-on-Tyne cancellation on green halfpenny stamp and sent to Mrs A. Gledhill, Clarence Hotel, Huddersfield Road, Dewsbury, Yorkshire.
Very good condition, with very slight corner bumps, but very light bend to left end of top edge.
