Eamonn Doyle Parnell Street Dublin Irish Photo Award Postcard

POAP19  This is a specialist modern postcard by an award winning photographer which was the photo they used to enter the annual Charity Awards at Charity London with title and the photographers identification on reverse and a truly unique award modern photo art souvenir called Parnell Street 2016 (near Temple Bar) by Eamonn Doyle (famous for the location - see below) unused and mint.

Doyles photography of his native Dublin are with varying stylistic techniques. His photographs are taken at close range in and around the multi-cultural, working class area of North Dublins Parnell Street where the artist has long been a resident, and he describes being drawn to both the areas vibrancy and weary pathos. Unlike many of todays photographers constantly searching for the exotic and unknown, Doyle has instead chosen to draw from the wealth of photographic subjects on his doorstep.
