Original 9 1/2 inch x 7 1/8 inch Black and White Still of LOUIS JOUVET & PIERRE ALCOVER in the 1937 Marcel Carné Comedy Drama DROLE DE DRAME, based on the novel by J. Storer Clouston.
In Victorian London, a crime novelist and his wife fake their disappearance in order to hide from an uptight Anglican Bishop who is leading a campaign against the "evils" of crime fiction.
The still is in very good condition with minor warping caused by a brief synopsis tacked to the reverse.
