Overall condition is acceptable. The front cover has moderate to heavy edge wear, a small tear on the outside edge, creasing running parallel to the spine as caused by reading, dog ear creasing in the upper and lower right corners, a soil mark, and creasing along the center portion of the cover and lower left corner. The back cover has moderate to heavy edge wear, small dog ear creasing in the upper and lower left corner, scuff markings on the edge near the spine, and average shelf wear. The spine has a single vertical crease as caused by reading, heavy edge wear, a small tear on the right lower edge, and heavy edge wear with chipping. Interior pages have discolored with age, the former owner put a sticker with their address on the inside front cover, another name is written on the inside back cover, and the book was exposed to moisture which caused some staining but there is no evidence of molding.
